Under the clause 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 laying down rules concerning the protection of personal data, we wish to inform you that the personal information voluntarily provided by you for making purchases online e-shop of M&M (Headquarters) will be treated by taking the appropriate measures in order to ensure the security and confidentiality, in accordance with the above regulations.
This information pertains to the following personal data collected through electronic mode: full name, address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail.
The acquisition of data, which may be required, is the prerequisite for access to the services offered on the site. e. the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
The person concerned has the right to obtain:
a. the updating, rectification or, where possible, integration of data;
b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
The person concerned has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a. for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b. the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
